Term Starts Wednesday September 11th 2019 for 7 weeks
Ballet for beginners and improvers. We start at the barre to warm up and work on our technique, strength and flexibility, loosening up the joints as we go. We then move from the barre into the centre where we work on sequences and combinations and onto a soothing, stretchy cool down at the end.
No tutus necessary, only if you want to! Wear something comfortable, bring your soft ballet shoes and some water and come join us at the barre.
